Supernatural 11×12 Don’t You Forget About Me.
Supernatural fans have been lobbying for a female-centric spinoff with Sheriff Jody Mills, her two adopted daughters and Sheriff Donna Hanscum since the season eleven episode Don’t You Forget About Me two years ago.
Earlier, fans picked up on the chemistry between Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) and Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) when they met at a Sheriff’s retreat in season 10 episode Hibbing 911.
And now the spinoff is happening. Supernatural is developing a planted spinoff with the working title Wayward Sisters that will have a backdoor pilot in an episode of Supernatural season 13, Deadline: Hollywood reports. It will be about Sheriff Jody Mills (Rhodes) and girls under her care who become monster-fighting hunters. Girls like orphan Claire Novak (Kathryn Newton) and runaway Alex Jones (Katherine Ramdeen). Sheriff Donna Hanscum (Buckmaster) would complete the main quartet.
