Where’s Misha?
Supernatural’s panel — Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Robert Singer, Andrew Dabb — in San Diego Comic Con’s Hall H this morning opened without Misha Collins whose character Castiel seemingly died in the season 12 finale.
“Frankly, Misha had become a bit of a prima donna…wanted to be #1 on the call sheet,” joked producer Robert Singer.
And then to great applause Misha Collins entered the stage carrying a kid’s chair and sat down.

“They had to take the story where it went but I’m not going away,” Misha Collins assured fans.
“Clearly some issues here but Misha’s gonna be back….but he is a prima donna,” Robert Singer deadpanned.
Supernatural 12 started off happy with the boys reuniting with their long-dead Mom Mary. But ended sadly with Castiel and King of Hell Crowley (Mark Sheppard is not coming back) seemingly dead. And Mary through the rift and trapped in another dimension with Lucifer.
Supernatural 13 starts off sad, showrunner Andrew Dabb said.
Dean is the “Debbie Downer”. He thinks Mary is gone but Sam thinks she’s might still be alive and it’s a problem between them. Mary is alive, Dabb said, but in a world worse than her boys. And that means trouble since the rift might not be one way.,
And then there’s the problem of Lucifer’s spawn Jack.
Dean wants to kill it. Sam thinks Jack shouldn’t be destroyed since he’s half human.
