Brooklynn Prince from The Florida Project is coming to Vancouver to star in Apple’s pre-teen investigative series.
Filming dates: November 12th to April 15th, 2019.
What’s it about?
A young girl moves from Brooklyn to a small lakeside town and chases a story that everyone in the town — including her father– has tried to bury.
Home Before Datk (working title Ink) is inspired by real-life Hilde Lysiak and her career as a reporter, which started at the age of 9 when she uncovered a murder in her Pennsylvania town and published it in her own newspaper — the Orange Street News.
Dana Fox – Dara Resnik are the writer/producers of the 10-episode first season.
