Jon Cryer (Two and a Half Men) is Supergirl’s Lex Luthor.

Michael Rosenbaum was Smallville’s Lex Luthor.

We’ll meet Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath)’s brother Lex in Supergirl 4×15 O Brother Where Art Thou?

Synopsis: Lex Luthor reaches out from prison to enlist Lena into one of his plans and will stop at nothing to get her on board, even if that means leveraging the life of one of her friends. 4×15.

I think that he’s the biggest supervillain we’ve had the show, and his plans will kind of touch every character and impact the entire season moving forward once he arrives.– co showrunner Robert Rower told EW.

Cryer played Lex Luthor’s nephew Lenny in the 1987 movie Superman IV: The Quest for Peace.

We are enormous fans of Jon Cryer, and he was instantly our dream actor to play the iconic role of Lex Luthor. Jon is a super-talent, and the fact that he played Lenny Luthor in Superman IV brings an added layer of legacy to his casting.
