Bermuda Triangle.
Sam Raimi’s next movie The Bermuda Triangle — starring Ryan Reynolds — is back in development according to Production Weekly.
The feature is expected to split production between Vancouver and Hawaii.
What’s it about?
When a nuclear submarine goes missing, female Commander Vogel (yet to be cast) enlists the help of theoretical physicist Dr. Fisk (Ryan Reynolds) to find the nuclear weapons in the legendary Bermuda Triangle in the Caribbean where so many aircraft and ships have disappeared without any explanation.
Using his grandfather’s research, Dr. Fisk opens a wormhole to a mysterious island where everything that was lost is found, including sharks, Vikings and Nazis.
Sam Raimi is directing based on a script by John Gatniss.
