Neill Blomkamp made a new horror film, Demonic, in British Columbia last summer in the midst of the pandemic.
And it’s being released August 20th this year.

The Oscar-nominated filmmaker of District 9 fame shot the movie last July in Penticton.

Demonic is about a young woman who unleashes terrifying demons when supernatural forces at the root of a decades-old rift between mother and daughter are ruthlessly revealed.
