Disney’s big live-action Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs — starring Rachel Zegler from West Side Story — is expected to film in Vancouver next year.
Working title: Merry.
A live-action adaptation of the classic fairy tale about a beautiful young princess who, while being stalked by a jealous Queen, seeks shelter at the home of seven dwarfs in the German countryside. The adaptation will expand upon the story and Oscar-nominated score from the beloved animated classic and will include new songs from songwriters Benj Pasek & Justin Paul.

Snow White is one of Disney’s next live-action remakes, following up on the massive success of its live-action fairy tale adaption of Beauty & the Beast, Aladdin and The Lion King.
