Shaun’s a Dad: THE GOOD DOCTOR Season 6 Finale
Shaun’s a Dad. In tonight’s The Good Doctor season 6 finale, Lea (Paige Spara) and Shaun (Freddie Highmore) welcome their son Steven Aaron Murphy.
The baby boy is named after Shaun’s late brother Steve and Shaun’s father figure Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Schiff).
Unfortunately, Dr, Glassman isn’t present at the birth, still angry at how Shaun forced the older neurosurgeon to stand down from an operation after learning his mentor had suffered a stroke.
But “Glassy” does send a gift — a blue baby blanket monogrammed Steve.
Dr. Glassman will be back for season 7, co-showrunner Liz Friedman confirmed to TVLine.
Others are leaving the hospital: Dr. Danny Perez (Brandon Larracuente)
And maybe Dr. Marcus Andrews, since Hill Harper wants to run for a US Senate seat.
The Good Doctor is renewed for Season 7 of filming in Vancouver.
