In Tron: Ares, Jared Leto stars as an emerging sentient program Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings.
And today production left The Grid in studio and ventured out into The Wild.
And there may be more. Tron: Ares is expected to shoot at the Bentall 5 tower in downtown Vancouver on Saturday afternoon/night. See the notice below.

The third Tron movie in the Disney franchise has been filming in Vancouver since mid-January.
Joining Jared Leto are Evan Peters, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith and Gillian Anderson.
Evan Peters took over the role of ENCOM’s Edward Dillinger Jr.; Greta Lee is a video game programmer and tech company CEO and Jodie Turner-Smith plays the female lead Athena.
Originally scheduled to start filming last summer, Tron 3 laid off over 150 film crew in mid-August amid the duel Hollywood strikes and didn’t regroup until early December.
