New Zealander Martin Henderson made his directorial debut on a Virgin River season 6 last April. Fellow series director Martin Wood shared some behind-the-scenes images on his Instagram today.

Virgin River — one of Netflix’s biggest shows — follows Mel Monroe (Alexandra Breckenridge), a nurse and midwife who moves to the small California town from Los Angeles after her husband Mark dies. There she falls for restaurant/bar owner and former marine Jack Sheridan (Martin Henderson), but their romance is complicated.
Season 6 wrapped filming last month.
