Season 2 of Justin Hartley’s hit series Tracker premieres tonight in the U.S. and on Monday night in Canada.
Tracker follows Colter Shaw (Justin Hartley), a lone-wolf survivalist who roams the country as a reward seeker, using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family.
Episode One: Out of the Past.
While investigating the strange disappearance of a family whose car was found abandoned in the backwoods of Arkansas, Colter’s shocking discovery about the mother’s past leads him into the world of organized crime.
Who is returning for season 2?
Episode 2: Ontological Shock.
Reenie (Fiona Rene) recruits Russell Shaw (Jensen Ackles) for help after Colter (Justin Hartley) suddenly disappears during his search for a missing father.

There’s more to learn about Colter’s family.. When we met Colter in season one, he believed that his older brother Russell had caused their father’s death 20 years before but in the second-to-last episode, Russell convinced him someone else was responsible.. And we’ll learn that Russell has very different memories of something that happened in their past.

Justin Hartley’s real-life wife Sofia Pernas returns as rival tracker Billie Matalon.

Jennifer Morrison is back as family friend Lizzy, with the actor doubling as the episode director.
Later episodes:
Melissa Roxburgh will be back as Colter’s sister Dory sometime after her new NBC series The Hunting Party wraps filming this November in Vancouver.
Melissa [Roxburgh] is busy on her show The Hunting Party — which, by the way, she’s like right across the street from us, but she’s busy on that. But I feel like she ends [her season] way before we do. So I think if we pick that story back up this year, I think it would be more towards the end of Season 2. I haven’t worked with any family members other than Russell [Jensen Ackles] this year so far. — Justin Hartley to TVLine.
