The first two episodes of BC-filmed fantasy series The Spiderwick Chronicles, with Christian Slater as an evil Ogre, aired on the CTV Sci-Fi channel but the series has since vanished from the platform with no explanation.
After Disney+ wrote off the completed series in August 2023, the Roku channel aired it, premiering April 19th 2024 in the U.S..

Based on the bestselling books by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black, The Spiderwick Chronicles follows the Grace Family—twin brothers Jared (Lyon Daniels) and Simon (Noah Cottrell), their sister Mallory (Mychala Lee) and mother Helen (Joy Bryant)—as they move into their dilapidated ancestral home and begin to unravel a dark mystery about their great-great Uncle Arthur Spiderwick who once discovered the secret and maybe foreboding faerie world existing parallel to their own.
