Will the teen Yellowjackets survivors be rescued in season 4?
At the end of season 3 of BC-filmed Yellowjackets, stranded-in-the-wilderness teen Natalie (Sophie Thatcher) climbed up a mountain and used a repaired SAT phone to make contact with the outside world.
Yellowjackets is about a group of survivors from a girls’ high-school soccer team who 25 years ago were stranded deep in the Canadian wilderness after a plane crash and went feral.
Down below, the 1990s Wilderness timeline caught up with the Winter hunt and cannibalistic feast depicted in the opening sequence of the series.
Pit Girl was Mari (Alexa Barajas), as fans had long predicted.
And scary teen Shauna (Sophie Nélisse) is the new ruthless Antler Queen, wearing locks of butchered Mari’s long black hair.
In the adult survivors 2020s timeline, scary adult Shauna (Melanie Lynskey) vowed to reclaim her power.

Season 3 wrapped production in Vancouver last Fall.
Melanie Lynskey aka adult survivor Shauna hosted a “very fun nearly-the-end-of-the-season dinner’ for the cast last October.
Steven Krueger’s coach Ben, Alexa Barajas’s Mari aka Pit Girl, Simone Kessell’s adult Lottie and Lauren Ambrose’s adult Van all died in season 3 and will not be returning as series regulars for season 4.
How season 3 of Yellowjackets performed:
Season 3 was the buzziest yet, with 10 million social engagements over the season, up 186% from season 2, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
And season 3 cracked Nielsen’s Top 10 Streaming Chart four times and scored its most-viewed season finale, with three million watching in the first seven days.
