The Resident Human has Landed.
Alan Tudyk’s Harry the alien becomes human (temporarily?) in season 4 of Resident Alien, premiering June 6th.
How does this happen?
Season 4 starts with our Harry (Alan Tudyk) and his baby Bridget stuck in prison on the Grey Moonbase.
Down in the small town of Patience, Colorado, the shape-shifting alien called a Mantid (also Alan Tudyk) is passing himself off as the real Harry Vanderspeigle.
Our Harry manages to escape the Grey Moonbase and arrives back on Earth for a showdown with the Mantid, only to realize that he is no longer able to access his alien side.

Alan Tudyk directed the first two episodes, with Ladner BC playing the small town of Patience, Colorado.
Season 4 logline:
Harry (Alan Tudyk) and his baby Bridget (Kesler Talbot) stuck in prison on the Grey Moonbase, while a shape-shifting alien called a Mantid (also Alan Tudyk) has taken over his body on Earth, passing himself off as the real Harry Vanderspeigle. Harry manages to escape the Greys and arrives on Earth for a showdown with the Mantid but soon finds he might not have what he needs to finish the job.
Asta (Sara Tomko) and D’arcy (Alice Wetterlund) struggle to keep a secret from Ben (Levi Fiehler) and Kate (Meredith Garretson), who both are desperate to find answers to what has been happening to them. Sheriff Mike (Corey Reynolds) and Deputy Liv (Elizabeth Bowen) attempt to solve some mysterious deaths in Patience that Sheriff Mike is beginning to think aren’t caused by anything human.

BC filming locations:
Harry’s cabin exteriors are filmed at Minaty Bay on the Sea to Sky Highway. Interiors are filmed in studio.
Ladysmith on Vancouver Island plays Main Street in Patience, but Fort Langley is another more convenient location for the Colorado town.
Judah Preh’s Max and Harry in alien form walk through Fort Langley as Patience.
