Everyone’s a suspect.
It’s the season 2 finale on the CW of Vancouver crime caper Wild Cards, starring Vanessa Morgan as con-woman Max Mitchell and Giacomo Gianniotti as cop Cole Ellis.
The American network is promoting the finale with a movie-style poster evoking the classic noir movie L.A. Confidential about police corruption.

Ellis (Giacomo Gianniotti) makes a shocking discovery about the criminal kingpin (Aleks Paunovic) responsible for his brother Daniel’s death, and who is protecting him.
The CW created movie-style posters for all 13 episodes in season 2, which were each inspired by a popular movie or show.
The season opener was inspired by the Fast and Furious franchise.
I’m fast. He’s furious. — Max at the wheel of a souped-up Mustang.
And episode four evoked Alfred Hitchcock’s classic thriller Rear Window.

Wild Cards is co-produced by Canada’s CBC Television network and America’s The CW network.
The CBC has renewed Wild Cards for two more seasons — season 3 and season 4 — of filming in Vancouver.

Production on season 2 of the “blue-sky” series began last September and wrapped last December in Vancouver.
