Sunday, March 10th – Red Widow 1×03 The Consignment starring Radha Mitchell and Goran Visnjic has scene of youngest cast member Jakob Salvati doing own stunt near Victory Square dowtown.
Sunday, March 10th – Motive 1×05 Public Enemy about murder of health food guru starring Kristin Lehman and Louis Ferreira.
Sunday, March 10th – Once Upon a Time 1×16 The Miller’s Daughter. Emma, Bae, Henry and the dying Rumple sail from Manhattan to Storybrooke, aka Steveston pirate ship set. Big sword fight showdown — Good vs Evil — inside Mr. Gold’s in Steveston. Who will die? #onewilldie.
Sunday, March 10th – TV movie Window Wonderland with Chyler Leigh of Grey’s Anatomy films outside Holt Renrew downtown for 3rd day in a row.
Saturday, March 9th – Arrow panel at PaleyFest with Stephen Amell, Katie Cassidy, David Ramsey, Susannah Thompson & executive producers. From panel: Amell cast with his shirt on! Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) is “evil Bruce Wayne”. Expect slow build to Black Canary and Speedy (Colton Haynes). Mysterious genre guest star coming. Not as much as VFX as you’d think except for the arrows — all CGIed.

Friday, March 8th – Movie Robocop to do reshoots in Vancouver not Toronto this May to accomodate star Joel Kinnaman who is filming season 3 of The Killing here. Via latest BC Production List.

SHOOT: Return of Charlie in SUPERNATURAL 8×20 at Hastings Community Centre

Computer hacker and beloved Queen of Moondoor Charlie Bradbury (Felicia Day) returns to Supernatural for the third time (second time this season) in the upcoming Pac-Man Fever. She brings a case to Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) to investigate. Not much is known about episode twenty yet, but crew did film scenes on Wednesday night of Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Charlie (Felicia Day) inside the Impala surrounded by food trucks at east Vancouver’s Hastings Community Centre.

Fans at the night shoot congratulated the crew on Supernatural’s viral Harlem Shake video, now approaching 2 million views on YouTube in just a couple of days. [over 10 million by season’s wrap]

Guest-starring Bailee Madison (Ginnifer Goodwin mini-me) as young Snow White; Rena Sofer as Snow White’s mother and Downton Abbey’s Lesley Nichol as servant; TVLine has my favourite sneak peek clip of the Rumple family — grandfather Rumple, father Bae, mother Emma and son Henry — walking and talking. The same Rumple family scene I photographed in Gastown as Manhattan.
Sunday, March 1st – Motive 1×04 Against All Odds. Victim is lawyer whose wife gets $1 million insurance payment. Guest stars Liane Balaban.

Friday, March 1st – Once Upon a Time films in Steveston. Day shoot: Jennifer Morrison & Jared Gilmore cross street & talk in Emma’s yellow VW bug. Fraturday night shoot on the docks with Lana Parrilla.
Friday, March 1st – Showcase announces Continuum‘s season two premiere date is Sunday, April 21st. Meantime, crew films scenes in the rain in Victory Square park w/ Rachel Nichols & Ian Tracey. And a night shoot in Shanty Town set on top of Gastown parkade.
