Christian Grey is jogging through Vancouver today. As is Jamie Dornan in take after take in up to five different locations. Here he is running down the steps at Oceanic Plaza in downtown Vancouver and then running back up for the next take. Look for him around Hornby and Pender next. And then in Gastown where he’ll be doused by a rain tower.

Crew set up the plaza on Monday and Tuesday.
Fake leaves zip-tied to bare trees. What does that tell you? That Fifty Shades of Grey will be filming in Oceanic Plaza Wednesday. We won’t know if downtown Vancouver plays Portland or Seattle in May until crew sets up or who’s in the scene until cast arrives.
But it’s definitely Fifty Shades of Grey. And it might have gone unnoticed if I hadn’t walked by Tuesday and done a double-take at the signature green leaves on bare winter trees.
