Season four picks up right where season three left off when filming starts on November 30th — the first week of December. Crew should be unwrapping the gothic house and motel set in Aldergrove sometime next month.
Bates Motel season four is expected to film from November 30th until April 6th next year (dates subject to change) according to the DGC-BC production list.
Please, I’m going to Vancouver in December and, as a big fan of this show, would love to visit some places where it was filmed. Can you recommend me some of them? The Bates Motel setting is open for visitation? Thanks!!!
I was just there Sun Dec 6, 2015, at the Aldergrove location, and got to see the entire bates motel set, including the house, and all of vehicles. Security is on site, with a roped off area. You can still view everything quite close, however, you are not be able to walk up to the motel lobby or up the stairs to the house.
