Updated: Stephen Amell read his Arrow lines to help Paul Blackthorne’s performance as Quentin Lance asking for tbe Arrow’s help to catch a serial killer, the Dollmaker. It looked spectacular from afar. Arrow spent Wednesday inside the gallery doing pretrial courtroom scenes with Moira Queen (Susannah Thompson) and outside shooting scenes of Oliver Queen (Amell) walking up the north plaza steps and Lance in uniform (Blackthorne) grabbing a hotdog on the north plaza and taking it to his Starling City squad car, where he learns the Dollmaker has killed again.
