Bates Motel lit up the fishing boats at the Steveston docks to film scenes of Norman Bates’s cystic fybrosis-stricken friend Emma Decody (Olivia Cooke) getting out of her VW bug and walking down the pier to meet Norman’s half-brother Dylan Massett (Max Thieriot) at a food truck, pulling her oxygen tank behind her. Dylan looks a little beat up.
