Fifty Shades of Grey crew hung grey Washington State University – Vancouver banners on the University of British Columbia campus today confirming that Ana Steele (Dakota Johnson)’s graduation scenes will be filmed here. A massive interlocking series of white tents on the grassy Main Mall [are a giant graduation extras holding area]. All the activity suggests filming will be tomorrow but there are no notices on campus so we will have to see if and when cast, extras and production show up.

Fifty Shades of Grey is filming the first book of the trilogy only, as far as I know, so there won’t be anything in Monaco this time. You can either contact Universal Pictures/Focus Features or the hands-on producer Dana Brunetti (he’s on Twitter and Facebook). Might be smart to wait until the first film wraps though and he has time to look ahead to the rest of the trilogy.
