SHOOT: THE TOMORROW PEOPLE with Robbie Amell Films in the Terminal City Club, Hornby Plaza & at Sinclair Centre

The Tomorrow People wrapped a big two-day shoot downtown earlier this week. It started on Sunday inside the Terminal City Club and then on snowy Monday with outdoor scenes of Stephen Jameson (Robbie Amell) meeting with The Founder (Simon Merrells) of Ultra. He doesn’t look happy in the photo but that was mostly acting [because he’s trying to save his friend Astrid’s life]. Amell later came into the Mink Café, where we sat watching them shoot, to buy a hot beverage and chat with his “evil” co-star and a few crew at the table next to us, announcing that it was forecast to rain on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  It shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone that this Canadian with a green card is as nice and low-key a guy as he appears on screen and even better-looking in person, according to a fan who got a photo with him between setups.

If this food truck wasn’t part of the bank heist it should have been.
