  • Sunday, January 19th – CBC’s Rick Mercer Report with Rick Mercer films in Squamish at West Coast Railways.
  • Saturday, January 18th – Fringe binge on the one-year anniversary of the series finale starring Vancouver’s own Joshua Jackson, Anna Torv and John Noble. #WeRememberFringe.
  • Saturday, January 18th – TV movie remake Flowers in the Attic with Kiernan Shipka (Mad Men) as the girl and Ellen Burstyn as the evil Grandmother airs on Lifetime.
  • Friday, January 17th – Once Upon a Time in Womderland films in Burnaby’s Central Park, wrapping its first season.
  • Friday, January 17th – Continuum films in the W Tower penthouse at the Woodwards Building.

  • Wednesday, January 15th – The Tomorrow People 1×10 The Citadel airs on The CW/CTV. Stephen (Robbie Amell) talks to his father in limbo but the other TP are skeptical..
  • Wednesday, January 15th –  Psych 8×02 S.E.I.Z.E The Day airs on the USA Network. With Trout (Anthony Michael Hall) installed as interim Chief, Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dule Hill) need new business. Lassiter (Timothy Ormundson) brings them a case involving Trout’s mother. Patrick Gilmore guest stars as “Patrick”.
  • Wednesday, January 15th – Arrow films at Cecil Green house and park at UBC. 2nd unit in Surrey.
  • Wednesday, January 15th – Once Upon a Time in Wonderland films in Robert Burnaby Park in Burnaby with giant mushrooms on set.
  • Wednesday, January 15th – Fifty Shades of Grey films in Ana (Dakota Johnson) and Kate (Eloise Mumford)’s new Seattle apartment set at Powell and Columbia in Gastown.
  • Wednesday, January 15th – Deadline Hollywood reports Harrison Ford to join Blake Lively and Ellen Burstyn in the cast of The Age of Adaline expected to start filming this March in Vancouver.
  • Wednesday, January 15th – Report that Thomas Dekker cast as Backstrom regular.

  • Tuesday, January 14th – Supernatural 9×10 Road Trip airs on The CW. Dean (Jensen Ackles) seeks revenge on the angel that killed Kevin; Castiel (Misha Collins) has a plan to get Sam (Jared Padalecki) to expel Gadreel by separating his brain from the angel’s. Crowley (Mark Shepphard) helps.
  • Tuesday, January 14th – Arctic Air 3×02 airs on CBC. Bobby (Adam Beach) struggles to evacuate a small community before an upstream dam bursts.
  • Tuesday, January 14th – Fifty Shades of Grey films interior scenes of Elliot (Luke Grimes) and Jose (Victor Rasuk) helping Ana (Dakota Johnson) and Kate (Eloise Mumford) move into their Seattle apartment set at 120 Powell Street in Gastown. And later scenes of Ana and Kate unpacking and discussing Ana’s new car from Christian Grey.
  • Tuesday, January 14th – Almost Human continues to inch up in the ratings with a 6.8 million audience and 2.0 in the key 18-49 demographic while the first filmed-in-Los-Angeles Intelligence crashes to 6.1 million and a 1.1 in the key demographic in its regular Monday time slot.
  • Monday, January 13th – Almost Human 1×08 You Are Here airs on FOX/Global TV. In the worst example of FOX airing the series out of order, You Are Here has several key scenes of part-robot human cop Detective Kennex (Karl Urban) and his part-human android partner Dorian (Michael Ealy) that were filmed in Olympic Village Square last July. Other key scenes shot in BC Plcae.
