  • .Wednesday, January 8th –  Once Upon a Time‘s Ginnifer Goodwin (Favorite SciFi/Fantasy TV Actress nominee) and Arrow‘s Stephen Amell (Favourite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actor nominee) attend Peoples Choice Awards. Supernatural‘s Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) & Castiel (Misha Collins) win Favorite TV Bromance and Psych wins Best Cable Comedy award.
  • Wednesday, January 8th – Motive films in Arch Alley near Victory Square, a walk-and-talk with Angie (Kristin Lehman) and Oscar (Louis Ferreira) in Woodwards Plaza and a night shoot in the former Boulder Hotel in Gastown.
  • Wednesday, January 8th – Vancouver-cop-from-the-future series Continuum starring Rachel Nichols films inside CBC Vancouver.
  • Wednesday, January 8th – Commercial turns UBC’s CHEM building into changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace. And then a Budweiser Olympics scene at the Plaza of Nations stage downtown.
