Adapted from Liza Marklund’s Swedish novels, ABC pilot Exposed started filming this morning with an exterior scene in Yaletown of investigative journalist Anna (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and her tech genius younger brother (Fran Kranz) walking across Homer Street in take after take as a prop Benny’s Cab drove by. Anna is a journalist who will stop at nothing to uncover the truth and ends up aligning herself with the wrong people to do it. Sandrine Holt, Pedro Pascal, Peter DeJersey and Brian F. O’Byrne co-star. Update: Ben Barnes cast as Anna’s boyfriend Stova, who claims to be a pilot but is actually an NSA whistleblower hunted by the American government.
