Update: Turns out, the one and only time I saw Zombie Blaine at Meat Cute was for the iZombie season finale. And next season, Blaine might not be white-haired or white-faced.
Look who’s meeting with zombie Blaine (David Anders) at iZombie’s Meat Cute Charcuterie (Big Lou’s Butcher Shop) today.
The 100’s Gustus (Aleks Paunovic) — who died during last night’s episode in a death ritual — has gone from the top-knot of hair, long beard, tattooed face and sword of the Grounders tribe to meeting with zombies seemingly overnight. But Paunovic’s been a recurring character Julien on iZombie too.
Maybe Julien will get to be part of the zombie apocalypse but he’s not one of them yet. iZombie walkers are white-haired and white-faced like Blaine.
It shows the strength of Vancouver’s repertory company of actors who recur on so many different shows here. Take note of his iZombie character Julien’s mismatched runners.
