Once Upon a Time is cheating on Cecil Green Park House at the University of British Columbia today with the OverLynn Mansion in Burnaby Heights. Or maybe it’s the other way around. Both are landmark English Arts & Crafts-styled mansions designed by Samuel Maclure and built around the same time — 1912 and 1909 respectively. The Any Given Sundae van [a prop in season 4a still used as a work truck in season 4b] was a dead giveaway about which production was filming inside.
