SHOOT: SUPERNATURAL’s Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles & Travis Aaron Wade Film in Fog at Burnaby’s Fraser Foreshore Park

Update: The Sammy’s Highway Cafe scenes were for 10×15 The Things They Carried with Cole asking the Winchesters for help with an army buddy.

Guest star Travis Aaron Wade joined Supernatural leads Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles in one of their trailers to watch football on Monday night while they filmed the show at two houses near Vancouver’s Fraserview Golf Club. The trio reunited last night at a new set in south Burnaby’s Fraser Foreshore Park where they shot a scene together in ridiculously dense fog. Vancouver’s annual January inversion is playing havoc with film shoots. The scene: Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) — wearing their FBI suits — sit at an outdoor table at Sammy’s Highway Cafe with Cole (Travis Aaron Wade).

Despite the fog, “the boys” had fun, as cast and crew basked in the news that Supernatural is set to smash Smallville’s record with season eleven in 2015-16.

Can you spot Jared Padalecki and Travis Aaron Wade through the fog? Jensen Ackles is there too, but I don’t think I captured him.
