Who knew DC’s Legends of Tomorrow had turned Vancouver’s Victory Square into London 2166 ravaged by immortal villain Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) in mid-September? We could tell it was post-apocalyptic with cars on fire, explosions and people fleeing but it wasn’t obvious what time period or where.
