The tide lifted up the tall ship so that we could see her docked at Steveston’s Britannia Heritage Shipyard Park. Once Upon a Time’s Belle (Emilie de Ravin), Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) and Jekyll (Hank Harris) were aboard the Jolly Roger (Lady Washington) in the early evening sun.
