Katie Cassidy and Stephen Amell film the series premiere in Gastown.
Oliver Queen’s favourite pea coat from the series premiere returns for Arrow’s 100th episode. How do we know? Star Stephen Amell tweeted it will and later shared a photo of himself in the pea coat with a mystery guest at the night shoot tonight in rainy downtown Vancouver.
Sure, the story of our 100th episode is important. But not as important as me wearing Oliver’s favorite pea coat.

Correction: The mystery actor above was Jamey Sheridan as Oliver’s father Robert Queen not Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance as I’d guessed. Sequence filmed in downtown Vancouver in alley next to Cathedral Park.
What do we know so far? Jamey Sheridan, who played Oliver’s father Robert Queen in the premiere, is back for the 100th episode. As is Katie Cassidy whose character Laurel Lance was killed off last season. Yet showrunner Marc Guggenheim has tweeted that there is no flashpoint or flashbacks. So what’s going on?

Arrow began filming its 100th episode today directed by Vancouver’s own James Bamford.
Downtown…..at night….in the rain. The perfect end to the 1rst day of the 100th episode of #Arrow. As it should be.

Arrow 100th is part of the big DC TV four-way crossover — The Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl –which will air in December.
