Based on the graphic novel, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, the new Netflix series will tell the story of half-mortal, half-witch teen Sabrina trying to balance a normal life as a sophomore at Baxter High in Greendale with her role as protector of the town against dark forces.
Chapter One: October Country.
Sabrina’s Greendale may look a lot like Cloverdale, B.C. The show plans to use a few filming locations in Cloverdale two or three times a month until the end of the year.

Developed as a potential Riverdale spinoff for The CW, the new series instead went straight to Netflix with a two season order of 20 episodes.

Last Fall, Riverdale creator Roberto Aguirre Sacasa shared a page of the first script with Sabrina Spellman showing her boyfriend Harvey Kinkle where she was born in the woods.
