For the second time in Big Sky’s short five-episode run, a main character was shot in the final minutes.
In the season premiere, Montana State Trooper Rick Legarski (John Carroll Lynch) shot Ryan Phillippe’s private investigator Cody Hoyt aka the guy on all the show’s billboards and posters.
In the Fall finale, Cody’s investigative partner Cassie Dewell (Kylie Bunbury) shot the Big Bad Rick Legarski while on a rescue mission to free the kidnapped girls.
