RENEWED: THE MIGHTY DUCKS Series Renewed for Season 2 of Hockey But in L.A. not Vancouver

Update: The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers moved production from Vancouver to L.A. for season 2.

The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers will be back for another season of hockey.

And Mighty Ducks OGs Joshua Jackson’s Charlie Conway and Kenan Thompson’s Russ Tyler might hit the ice for cameos in season 2.

Production on the Disney+ series starring Emilio Estevez and Lauren Graham is expected to start early in 2022.

Where did we leave the new team of misfits?

After 12-year-old Evan Morrow (Brady Noon) was cut from the now powerhouse Mighty Ducks in Minnesota, he and his Mom, Alex (Lauren Graham) built their own team of misfits — the Don’t Bothers –and with the help of washed-up Coach Bombay (Emilio Estevez) got all the way to the state championship.. Sadly the Don’t Bothers had to forfeit due to injury but managed to defeat the Mighty Ducks in an unsanctioned game and win back the moniker Mighty Ducks.
