Tom Cavanagh Came Back as THE FLASH Wraps Filming Season 8 in Vancouver

The Flash is telling a big Eobard Thawne story in season 8. We haven’t seen Thawne since the 5-part special event Armageddon, but he’s expected to pop up in unexpected ways in upcoming episodes culminating in this finale showdown.
Unexpected ways might explain why Tom Cavanagh was wearing a new dark suit when The Flash filmed in the intersection in downtown Vancouver on the night of Wednesday, April 13th. Is he getting his powers from the negative speed force?

The Flash fight returned for a second night overnight Thursday, April 22nd in the Rogers Arena parking lot.
