Jo Koy’s Filipino Family Comedy EASTER SUNDAY in Theatres
Big-budget movie Easter Sunday, starring Filipino-American comedian Jo Koy, is in theatres today.
The family holiday madness comedy, which takes place over the course of one Easter Sunday, filmed in Vancouver in the Spring of 2021.
Successful Filipino-American actor Joe Valencia (Jo Koy) goes back to Daly City with his son, Junior, to visit his loving, boisterous family on Easter Sunday. There, he finds the usual chaos amplified by a cousin in trouble and the hurt and anger of his own neglected son.
