The Flash to end with season 9 of filming in Vancouver. Production is expected to start on the final 13 episodes this September.

Target filming dates: September 14 2022 – March 6 2023.

We left Barry relaxing on the couch with his wife Iris West-Allen (Candice Patton), after a long separation.

And talking about how the Negative Speed Force will find a new avatar eventually now that Tom Cavanagh’s Negative Reverse Flash is dead.

Looks like it will be sooner rather than later as we jumped ahead to the year 2049 and a glowing blue crystal in a lab..

Does this mean the return of Savitar?

Or could it be a nod to supervillain Cobalt Blue?

If so, fans want to see Rick Cosnett cast in the role.
