HBO Max’s The Batman spinoff series The Penguin, starring Colin Farrell, is expected to start filming next February in New York.

The Penguin is a “Scarface-like” series about the rise of the Penguin, otherwise known as Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, a dapper mob boss and one of Batman’s primary villains.
