Chad Coleman is Bruno Manheim, the head of Intergang, in Superman & Lois season 3. Not long after the news leaked out of Dragon Con at the beginning of September, Coleman confirmed the casting on his Instagram.

In DC lore, Lois Lane has her run-ins with Bruno Manheim and Intergang, while covering the Metropolis underworld for the Daily Planet. Their introduction to Superman & Lois in season 3 could shift some filming back to downtown Vancouver as urban Metropolis.
In the season 2 finale, John Diggle (David Ramsey) told John Henry Irons (Wolé Parks) in the Smallville Diner that Bruno Manheim and the Intergang killed this Earth’s John Henry Irons.
