BC-filmed serial-killer thriller Longlegs crosses an astonishing US$100 million in global box office,, more than ten times its indie budget of under US$10 million.
Written and directed by Osgoode Perkins, Longlegs tells the story of Maika Monroe’s young FBI Agent hunting down Nicolas Cage’s creepy-as-hell Longlegs serial killer.
Longlegs follows FBI Agent Lee Harker (Maika Monroe), a gifted new recruit assigned to the unsolved case of an elusive serial killer (Nicolas Cage). As the case takes complex turns, unearthing evidence of the occult, Harker discovers a personal connection to the merciless killer and must race against time to stop him before he claims the lives of another innocent family.

The Stephen King adaptation The Monkey, starring Theo James as twins, will be Osgood Perkins next BC-filmed movie to hit theatres — in February 2025.
