Season 2 of the BC-filmed Netflix live-action adaption of Avatar: The Last Airbender takes our heroes to the Earth Kingdom.
In Season 2, after a bittersweet victory saving the Northern Water Tribe from the invading Fire Nation, Aang (Gordon Cormier), Katara (Kiawentiio) and Sokka (Ian Ousley) regroup and set off on a mission to convince the elusive Earth King to aid in their battle against fearsome Fire Lord Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim).
British Columbia has the natural beauty to play Earth Kingdom and a big outside village and palace set as well.
Crew adapted FShogun’s existing feudal Japan set built on the Flavelle Mill backlot in Port Moody into its Earth Kingdom..
