Yellowjackets final season went on location today to shoots scenes in a grocery store, played by Port Coquitlam’s freshmart..
Yellowjackets is about a group of survivors from a girls’ high-school soccer team who 25 + years ago were stranded deep in the Canadian wilderness after a plane crash and went feral.
Fans expected to see Melanie Lynskey’s adult Shauna on set.
But to their surprise, it was Sophie Nélisse’s teen Shauna on set. That means the teens have been rescued from the wilderness and we’ll see them reintegrating into their former lives.

These girls have changed remarkably, for better or for worse, in their time out there [in the Wilderness]], especially because of their age. How did season 3 end?
In the teen survivors 1990s timeline, teen Natalie (Sophie Thatcher) broke away from the Winter hunt and cannibalistic feast of Mari aka Pit Girl to climb a mountain and made contact with the outside world.
And scary teen Shauna (Sophie Nélisse) became the new ruthless Antler Queen, wearing locks of butchered Mari’s long black hair.
In the adult survivors 2020s timeline, scary adult Shauna (Melanie Lynskey) vowed to reclaim her power.
