One Man. Two Lives. And A Mind He Can’t Trust.
Fox series Memory of a Killer, starring Patrick Dempsey as a hitman with a secret suburban family life who’s losing his memory, is renewed for season 2 of filming in Toronto.
In Memory of a Killer, Angelo Ledda (Patrick Dempsey) lives two totally separate lives — fearsome NYC hitman and sleepy upstate Cooperstown photocopier salesman and father. Both of them are threatened when he is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Michael Imperioli is Angelo’s oldest friend and employer Dutch, an Italian chef whose Bronx restaurant is the front for his criminal enterprise. Dutch gives Angela the targets for his hits.

Vancouver’s own Richard Harmon is Joe, a young hitman working for Angelo and Dutch. Joe gets stuck with the grunt work – gathering recon and sorting getaway plans – but that puts him in prime position to witness Angelo’s Alzheimer’s decline.

Odeya Rush is Angelo’s daughter Maria, who’s there to care for him as his mind begins to falter.
Who was killed off in the season one finale?
Agent Grant (Gina Torres) orchestrated a hit on Angelo’s love interest Nicky (Michaela McManus) and sent a file to Angelo’s daughter Maria (Odeya Rush) exposing his double life as an assassin and providing his Manhattan address.
Fox’s Memory oF a Killer series is inspired by the 2003 Belgian thriller De Zaak Alzheimer (La Memoire Du Tueur) and its 2022 American movie adaption Memory starring Liam Neeson.
