I WILL FIND YOU = #1 Series on Netflix in Debut: Filmed in Toronto

Netflix’s latest Harlan Coben thriller I Will Find You, starring Sam Worthington, Britt Lower and Milo Ventimiglia, premiered as the #1 series with 24 million views, making it the global streamer’s biggest original debut of the year so far.

I Will Find You follows David Burroughs (Sam Worthington), an innocent father serving life for the murder of his own son who receives evidence that his child may still be alive — and must break out of prison to find out the truth.

Other characters:

Britt Lower as David’s ex-sister-in-law and former reporter Rachel Mills, who discovers evidence that could be her ticket back to journalism.

Milo Ventimiglia as prominent Boston philanthropist Hayden, who is Rachel’s ex-boyfriend and remains her close friend and confident.

Erin Richards as David’s ex-wife Cheryl Dreason, a pediatric surgeon.

Logan Browning as Sarah Greer, a member of the FBI’s Fugitive Task Force in Boston.

Harlan Coben brought I Will Find You to Netflix as a possible series when he was still writing the novel.

Previous Harlan Coben-Netflix adaptions changed U.S. locales to the UK, Poland, France and Spain. This series is set in America and was shot in Toronto.
