
The Big Guy’s Still on Top.
Reacher season 4,, starring Alan Ritchson, was #1 on Prime’s most-watched original series chart again last week.
Cottage country coming-of-age hit Sterling Point, which premiered August 5th, held onto the #2 slot.
Hot hockey romance phenom Off Campus, which debuted May 13th, has been in the Top 4 since Prime started releasing weekly charts in May.
All three series are filmed in Canada: with Reacher and Sterling Point shooting in Ontario — Reacher in Toronto and Sterling Point in Toronto and Muskoka — and Off Campus filming in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Rounding out the Top 10 are two more series filmed in Vancouver: Legally Blonde prequel series Elle, which premiered xJuly 1st, is #9 and Barry’s Bay romance Every Year After, which debuted June 10th, is #10.
Reacher:
Season 4 of Reacher adapts the 13th novel in the Lee Child series titled Gone Tomorrow, which opens with Jack Reacher travelling on a subway at 2 am – before everything goes to hell.

Much of the action takes place in Phildelphia (a change from the New York setting in the book) and that’s where Reacher production started for a few days before getting underway in Toronto.

Reacher’s new team: Alan Ritchson as former military intelligence officer Jack Reacher, Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette as officer Jacob Merrick; and Sydelle Noel as Philadelphia Police Detective Tamara Green.

Season 4 has “the best fight ever on Reacher and that’s saying something, cause every fight prior this season felt the same way”, Alan Ritchson posted on his Instagram.

Sterling Point:

Creator Megan Park grew up summering in Muskoka (Lake Muskoka, Lake Rousseau and Lake Joseph) and wanted to set a series there to celebrate cottage life, which is a big part of Canadian culture.

Sterling Point has been renewed for season 2.
Off Campus:
Adapted from Canadian Elle Kennedy’s best-selling books about college hockey stars and the young women in their lives, Prime Video’s wildly popular Off Campus stars Belmont Cameli as hockey captain Garrett Graham, Stephen Kalyn as Dean Heyward-Di Laurentis, Antonio Cipriano as John Logan and,Jalen Thomas Brook as John Tucker.

Plus Ella Bright as Hannah Wells and Mika Abdalla as Allie Hayes.

Season One followed Elle Bright’s Hannah and Belmont Cameli’s Garrett as the featured couple.
Season 2 follows Mika Abdalla ‘s Allie and Stephen Kalyn’s Dean as the featured couple.
Off Campus regulalyr turns the University of British Columbia campus into the fictional Briar University, using the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre as the hockey arena.

The Legally Blonde prequel series stars Lexi Minetree as the high school version of Reese Witherspoon’s iconic character Elle Woods, who has to leave her luxe 1990s life in sunny Bel-Air for rainy Seattle.

Every Year After:

Adapted from Canadian Carley Fortune’s best-selling book Every Summer After, Prime Video’s hit series Every Year After stars Sadie Soverall as Percy and Matt Cornett as Sam, who fall in love over six childhood summers together at Barry’s Bay,: spending afternoons on the water and nights working in the family restaurant.

Barry’s Bay is played by Minaty Bay in Howe Sound near Squamish BC and Bowen Island, a 20-minute ferry ride from West Vancouver.
