
Hit Arctic comedy North of North joins Schitt’s Creek and Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent as the only titles to ever earn 20 or more Canadian Screen Awards nominations.
The CBC and Netflix co-production’s nominations include Best Comedy Series, Best Lead Performer for Anna Lambe, Best Supporting Performer for Braeden Clarke and Maika Harper and Best Comedy Ensemble.
North of North follows a young Inuk woman (Anna Lambe) who wants to build a new future for herself after a spontaneous — and extremely public — exit from her marriage. But it won’t be easy in a small Arctic town where everybody knows your business.

Production on season 2 has wrapped in Toronto and is currently underway in snowy Iqaluit in Canada’s most Northern Territory Nunavut.
