The shortened season 5 of northern California firefighter drama Fire Country, starring Max Thieriot, is back in production in British Columbia.
With a reduced 13 episodes and a new showrunner –Eric Guggenheim.
Cast and crew will be on location in Cloverdale later this week.
What’s Fire Country about?
Former convict Bode Leone (Max Thieriot) is now one of Cal Fire Station 42’s elite fire fighters, battling blazes in his hometown of Edgewater.alongside family, friends and the Three Rock inmate fire fighting program that gave him a path to redemption.
What was Season 4 about?
Season 4 started with Station 42 facing the impact of the loss of Bode’s Dad –Cal Fire Battalion chief Vince Leone (Billy Burke) — in the Zabel Ridge fire that engulfed the Edgewater memory care centre.
Season 4 ended with our firefighters battling floodwaters in Edgewater.
