Locals spotted one-half of season 2’s featured couple — Dean & Allie — on the Off Campus set at the University of British Columbia (UBC) today.
UBC students and other fans watched Stephen Kalyn, who plays Briar University hockey star Dean Heyward-Di Laurentis, come out of a scene with Charlie Evans, who plays Dean’s high school hockey rival and new Briar U hockey teammate Hunter Davenport.
Things look a lot calmer than the season one finale when Dean famously started brawling with Hunter in Malone’s Diner & Bar after finding out he was the other guy Allie had hooked up with.
Maybe that’s because they’re on the same team now. Belmont t Cameli , who plays team captain Garrett Graham and Jalen Thomas Brook who plays John Tucker were on set too.

No one spotted the other half of season 2’s featured couple on set today — Mika Abdalla who plays Allie. But it’s likely she was in downtown Vancouver’s Annex Theatre last week since her character is a drama major.

What is Off Campus?
Adapted from Canadian Elle Kennedy’s best-selling books about college hockey stars and the young women in their lives, Prime Video’s hit series Off Campus stars Belmont Cameli as hockey captain Garrett Graham, Stephen Kalyn as Dean Heyward-Di Laurentis, Antonio Cipriano as John Logan and,Jalen Thomas Brook as John Tucker.
Plus Ella Bright as music major Hannah Wells and Mika Abdalla as drama major Allie Hayes.
Season one adapted Garrett and Hannah’s romance from the first book The Deal.
Season 2 features Dean and Allie’s romance from the third book The Score.
In the show, the Dean and Allie story actually begins in season one as the pair start casually hooking up, but that blows apart in the finale after Allie hooks up with Dean’s hockey rival Hunter (Charlie Evans) too. How will this duo make their way back to each other?

Similarly, John Logan will meet his significant other Grace Ivers (India Fowler) in season 2, but their love story from the second book The Mistake will be pushed to season 3.
