Update: Jared Padalecki left a Supernatural convention in Rome this weekend to return home to Texas and his family. The reason? Exhaustion. “Needs to recharge his batteries”. Filming the last three episodes of Supernatural season 10 probably contributed. There are some tough emotional scenes for Sam & Dean Winchester.
What does Dean plan to do? On the Supernatural season ten finale this Wednesday, Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) makes a shocking decision regarding the Mark of Cain that will change not only his life, but brother Sam (Jared Padalecki)’s as well, according to the official synopsis. Apparently Dean makes a deal with Death, who agrees to remove the mark but on one “fairly sizeable non-negotiable condition.” Retorts Dean: “That is just fan-freaking-tastic, isn’t it?”

Some of this plays out at Supernatural’s Juanita cafe set near the Boundary Bay airport south of Vancouver.
Sam drives up in the Impala (there were three on set during the two-day shoot in the park).
Supernatural shot interiors for Juanita’s Mexican restaurant somewhere else.
Dean and Sam exit Juanita’s and stand looking up at the sky.
Then run for the Impala and back out of the parking lot. Only to get stuck in a ditch.
