On Day 2 of the Deadpool sequel, production shot its motormouth anti-hero on top of a downtown Vancouver rooftop in the Business District.
People in the neighbouring towers spent the afternoon translating the sign.

Fans will be happy to have lovesick Dopinder (Karan Soni) back, last seen with a crashed cab.
Screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick told the Nerdist that writing “the relationship between Dopinder and Deadpool was the most fun…I love that relationship and I love that character. And he’ll be in the sequel.”
Metro taxi #42 looked intact yesterday parked on Howe Street. Is Deadpool retrieving the guns he stashed in the trunk?

Deadpool 1 tore up the box office with US$783 million worldwide, the highest grossing R-rated film ever.
Deadpool 2 is scheduled to film in metro Vancouver until early October and is using production code Caribbean Blue at the moment and calling itself a commercial.
Deadpool 2 will be in theatres June 1, 2018.
